If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that any material available on our website infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notification.

Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing material and investigate the submission.

Required Information for DMCA Takedown Notice

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include substantially the following:

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
